Returns are accepted for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Certain products such as personalized or intimate items may be ineligible for return. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. Requests after this period cannot be processed.
Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team. Packages without an RA number may be refused. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and inform you if your refund is approved. Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method, and may be adjusted for restocking fees, shipping costs, or taxes.
Discounted or promotional items may still be returned, but refunds are based on the original purchase price. Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles, depending on availability. Customers may be responsible for any price differences or additional shipping fees.
Return instructions: package the item securely with all original materials and RA number visible. Use a trackable shipping service for safe delivery. Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
